Great product! I noticed better sleep and increased performance in the gym. This is one of the few magnesium products that is pure and not buffered with the cheap magnesium oxide form.

The MAGSUPPS Pure Magnesium Glycinate came the next day. This magnesium arrived well packed in a plastic bottle.. It has 120 capsules which are small and easy to swallow with no after taste. It was nice to know that these capsules have no fillers etc. in them. It says to take 1 to 3 capsules a day. 1 capsule only contains 27% of your recommended daily intake which is quite low so you'd need to take 2 a day to get a reasonable amount of %RI (Reference Intake). They are chelated non-buffered bisglycinate. I would prefer if it was a higher %RI so you only need one capsule which would mean better value , and I am pleased with these capsules

This is the best magnesium glycinate I have tried. It's clean, no bulking agents and really does work. My pain levels have reduced and I am most definitely sleeping alot better.

Quality, digestible and effective product.

The product seems good to me, so far no problem digesting it, however if it helps with sleep, I can't confirm, maybe more time is needed.

I ordered MAGSUPPS Pure Magnesium Glycinate, but unfortunately, I received the capsule container already open. This was a major concern for me, as it indicated potential tampering or issues with the product's safety and hygiene. As a result, I can't use it, and I’m really disappointed with the lack of quality control. For a product that’s meant to be sealed for safety, this is unacceptable. I won’t be buying this again and recommend being cautious when purchasing.

It's early days for me taking these Magnesium supplements. The tablets are on the large size, however I already take other supplements that are this big, so that's not a problem for me. I take them in the evenings, around tea time and, at the moment, am sticking to just one tablet. At that rate, these are good value for around 4 months' of tablets. However, I may experiment with the dosage and increase this later on.
