cool, works, nice and durable, relaxes you, what else..... nothing too fancy, does the job... for long term pains you have to use it for a long time....

It's a little harder than I wanted it to be, however it does massage the upper back well. Hurts a bit first few times cuz of the stiff material, but I got used to it.
