Good stuff! My problem knee feels better (and stopped making the grinding, popping noises when I get up in the morning) after only three days' use. The only other change I made was from a too-high ottoman to the COMfelicify molded footrest (I hope I'm allowed to mention a product from another area; they seem to go together perfectly: one internal, one external). No adverse effects noted.

Not sure I noticed a difference. But they do advertise it takes at least 3 bottles before you see a difference and this is my first bottle. I’m going to try another bottle.

My joints actually feel worse since I’ve started taking it. And there’s something in it that seems like it’s making my lips go numb and tingly. Like it almost makes me choke when I take the pill.

So far I have found this product to be slightly effective. This is only my first bottle, so I'm sure it will take more time to get the full effects. I am very pleased with the ease and convenience of being able to order this product through Amazon and will continue to use this product on a regular basis. I am completely bone-on-bone in both knees, not inclined to have surgery, so am delighted to find this product that will naturally help re-lubricate my knees and give me more freedom of movement.

This product does not work. After finishing the entire bottle, I notice no difference.
