After using two units of this product I dont recommend it
After using two units of this product, I unfortunately cannot recommend it for the following reasons: My first device stopped working before completing one year. When I contacted Amazon, they were extremely helpful and processed a refund, so I decided to purchase a second unit thinking the issue might have been a one-off case. Unfortunately, after about a year of using the second device — and now that it’s out of warranty — the kettle completely failed. When I contacted the local service center, I was surprised to find that the replacement kettle costs almost the same as buying a new device. I tried to repair it, and was told the failure happened because “water entered the base during washing,” which caused internal corrosion. I honestly don’t understand how a kitchen appliance cannot handle basic cleaning without being ruined. Overall, this product has been disappointing, and I don’t feel it offers good value or durability. I hope the manufacturer improves the build quality and design in the future.
