Works good, sometimes it gets hung up and you have to work it back and forth to get it to “re-ink” when you do multiple stamps. No other problems I found

Worse product ever! Ink gets all over your fingers trying to change the date. I’ve had date stamps before and they never did this.

I was so excited to receive my stamp in the mail. When it finally came i opened it, Followed the instructions to change the date, stamped it and the little red pieces flew off and now its stuck and wont work. Definitely not happy that i spent over $30 on these stamps (got 2, havnt tried the other one yet) Also, looking for information on how to return or contact the seller is like finding a needle in a haystack.

**UPDATE : Manufacturer contacted us and issued a full refund for this product. But, only after a negative review. This manufacturer needs to touch base with Amazon and let them know how to handle their refunds/replacements.**Upon receipt of this item, we could see that the customization was correct, which was good.However, when we attempted to change the date to test the imprint, the stamp casing fell off, and the components misaligned. Not sure if it was damaged in shipping or what, but I asked Amazon for a replacement/refund on it, and they said they can't do anything at all to help because it's against the manufacturer's policy to return it or refund it. Additionally, I'm not sure why they don't have band covers to cover the wheels/numbers at all because you get a lot of ink on your fingers when attempting to turn the wheels. They really should make this with covers.So, we wasted money (as well as 3 weeks of waiting time for shipping) on something we didn't even get to use.Don't even waste your time with this product or this company -- just buy something from someone else to save the stress.
