All of Pure Encapsulations' labels are currently in an updating process due to FDA regulations. Some of the pictures on the Amazon listings are still showing the old label. The changes in the pictures are a work in progress. The old label is on the 60 count size listing and is for 2 capsules/500 mg. The new label is on the 120 count listing and is for 1 capsule/250 mg. The ingredients and amounts have not changed. Both the new labels for 60 and 120 counts show 1 capsule at 250 mg instead of 2 capsules at 500 mg.
