For me it's very very important that I received pin pack watch not used or opened
I like the product that it's brand new mean to say pin pack not used or opened and am using this watch on my daily use

Satisfied so far. I had a Mi band 6 knowing the proven long lasting battery made by Xiaomi so without a doubt I bought Watch 5 lite. Rubber strap may seem little difficult to release but can be replaced by other strap in the future.

Good watch terrible strap
Overall watch is good big screen and works fine but whoever designed the strap is a complete idiot. It is so difficult to put it on and off it takes about a min just to put it on. It is very uncomfortable and sometimes goes very tight giving u carpal tunnel other times it’s loose. Why can’t they just have the standard strap this thing goes inside the strap is painful to put on. No sense of ergonomics or user comfort just designed it to look fancy. Very disappointment will be ordering new straps to go on this

Restart Problem
Good watch with nice display and great battery life. However, after three weeks of usage, the watch keeps restarting and I have to sync and pair with my phone every time this happens. All stats including steps and calories are lost after each restart. This seems to be a buggy software issue as the watch is otherwise in brand new condition. It's starting to get annoying and I can't return the watch as it is past the return date.
