I like this product so much, I just bought another bottle so I don’t run out. I was nervous that this would make me jittery or affect my sleep. It did neither! I started just taking one the first day, then two on the second day and three on the third day (an hour before you eat with 8oz of water). I’ve been taking them for a week now and I’ve lost 2 1/2 pounds. I had lost a lot of weight (35lbs) two years ago and slowly over the past year, I’ve creeped back up 10 pounds. My goal is to get back to my low after that initial weight loss. This seems to be working, so I will keep up with it. I’m very happy with this product and will continue to use it.

It always concerns me when there are product errors, especially with something like supplements. I immediately noticed that the listing said you take 2 capsules, making this a 30 day supply, but the bottle instructs to take 3 capsules, making it a 20 day supply. I messaged the seller, who confirmed that it's 3 capsules/day. I also wish the ingredients label was posted, but I'm adding it here. The ingredients seem simple and safe, but I obviously can't speak to effectiveness yet. The bottle is $9.99.

From my research: The rind of the Garcinia Cambogia fruit also known as Malabar tamarind or the brindle berry, is native to Southeast Asia contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which may help with weight loss by inhibiting the formation of fat from carbohydrates and suppressing appetite. Combined with green coffee bean extract that also suppresses appetite, these capsules can really work to curb overeating and help you lose weight. The only problem I have is that much of my eating is habitual similar to 32 years ago when I was smoking. Just the habit of putting something in my mouth is something that I have to work hard to break while these capsules can actually suppress any urges from hunger. I recommend finding whatever helps you keep your weight below the level where chronic illness becomes a problem: for me that is about 240lbs. Above that my sugar diabetes get out of control and my BP becomes too high. Below that my systems (liver and pancreas) can regulate blood sugar and my BP goes back down to safe levels. I have had to fight weight gain ever since I retired from the navy. As a pilot I was FORCED to stay under 195lbs which was the high limit for the ejection seat I sat on in the A-7 and the F-18. After those powerful motivations were over, I found that I had to find other motivations to hold my weight down. GOOD LUCK.

Ive been using these for just a few days, but I can already tell the difference. Make sure you drink a LOT of water!! These made me sweat like crazy, and I was incredibly thirsty. I did get a crazy burst of energy about 30 mins after taking one. Ive lost about a pound in 3 days, which feels great to me, since Ive been stuck in my weight loss for a while now. They did a great job curbing my appitite as well!
