Really happy with the desk. It took a bit of constructing time wise as it’s in A LOT of parts - but the instructions were very good and every single piece was labelled which was great and made it do-able even for an amateur DIY-er like me! Size was exactly as described and the height adjustment works great. Just one watch out is that the desk top comes in 3 sections, so there’s 2 clear joins. Doesn’t worry me but it is quite prominent - but I still think it looks fab. It’s sturdy and stable. Happy camper!

The desk is a good size and when raised to the highest height can comfortably be used by my 6'7 Fiance. The building process was a bit tedious as the instructions aren't the best. All in it seems to be a good deal that has lots of space and looks nice.

I'm so pleased with this desk for the price. It took me around an hour and a half to put together on my own so not too bad. It was heavy to move so recommend 2 people (as it said on the box) especially if going upstairs - had to get it up 2 floors. It comes with an allen key and small screwdriver for putting together so you get everything you need in the box. Instructions were passable but the text wasn't always clear and I needed to flick back and forth a few times to see exactly what they were trying to achieve. The desk is the perfect size, not too big or too small, and with the added right side it's perfect for a bit of extra space for whatever you need. It can comfortably fit 2 monitors. The power sockets on the desk are a big bonus. The quality of them seems a little cheap but they work well and for the price of the desk, you can't complain. The heightening of the desk is flawless offering quiet and smooth transitions between sitting and standing. The quality of the desk overall is great for the price - it's better than you'd expect. There are some reviews complaining about quality but you're not going to get £300 quality for £60, that's unrealistic, but for what you pay, it's great! I've shown a few people since I bought it and they can't get over how cheap it was for the quality of it. I highly recommend it!

- The motor is far too small and underpowered. - It cannot lift the desk properly — even when empty - One of my worst Amazon purchases in years - Looks fine, but functionally a scam I’ve been a long-time Amazon customer, and this product has been an enormous disappointment. As the pictures and videos I’ve attached show, the motor simply does not have the power to raise the desk. It struggles, jerks, and eventually gives up completely. There is absolutely no way this motor can perform the basic function the product promises. A height-adjustable desk with a motor this weak is simply unacceptable. Save your money and avoid this desk. There are far more reliable, properly engineered standing desks available - this one is not worth the frustration.

Fairly easy to put together (definitely a two person job) very quiet when moving, sturdy. Raises to a good height. I have it on maximum and I’m 5’9” and standing on a walking pad. Great addition to have the built in extension lead with USB charging port (although this is slow charging). Very pleased and for £70, excellent value for money as I thought things like this cost hundreds!

I was looking for a smaller desk for my home office. I decided on an electrically operated standing desk as a great idea to help keep me more mobile during my working day. I chose this desk mainly on its special offer price , its size and its decent reviews. Delivery : Was quick and prompt with the desk arriving in a very compact box ready for assembly. Components: Metal parts are of very good, robust quality and feel well made. I was surprised at how good the quality is- though the electrical components not so much .. the multiplug socket unit and the lift power box feel and look quite cheaply made .. so as to their long term robustness, remains to be seen. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the multi plug socket also included an inbuilt USB and Type C charging socket as well. The desk top itself I'd say is of sufficiently adequate quality ( it comes in 2 parts and held together with wooden dowels and screwed on plastic plates ) and has a reasonably solid feel. Legs and feet are very solid and strong. Functionality: It certainly does the job and on the whole, fairly well. Assembly: I would recommend 2 people to assemble this desk. I think 1 person would struggle especially if DIY or building flat pack furniture isn’t your thing ( like me! ). Tools needed for assembly come in the box - a screwdriver which is strong enough for the job ( though I found using an electric screwdriver easier to use ) and an Allen Key. A note to the manufacturer… magnetising the screws and screwdriver would make presenting the screws to the holes much simpler and quicker… that was the most awkward part of assembly … The parts were each physically numbered ( very helpful ! ). Instructions in general were fairly easy to follow .. ( though as usual a bit unclear in places ) and it took 2 of us about 2 hours to build the desk. The quality of the fixings are generally good, and overall, the design and assembly system has been well thought through. Overall Verdict: I marked the rating down to 4* due to the poorer quality of the electrical components and the quality of the material the desk top is made of. I also didn’t like the fact that it arrived in 2 pieces not 1. However, for the price I paid, I am not complaining. The power lift system is a bit ‘clunky’ .. when raising or lowering the desk , it seems to take time to think about moving ..which leaves you wondering if it is actually working. The desk size I purchased provides just enough room for a laptop, large monitor and a couple of peripherals but not big enough to comfortably accommodate say a decent sized printer as well. If you are after a medium sized office desk of decent quality without breaking the bank, then this desk should fit the bill.
