I love this dinnerware set! The color looks just like the picture, very coastal feeling. The weight and texture makes it feel sturdy and one of a kind. I’ve had them for a month and had no chipping at all or staining from silverware rubbing. The plates are great sizes for dinner and salad and the bowls are great for cereal, soup, etc. Would definitely recommend.

These dishes are wonderful. Color is as described. The quality is great. They are nice and heavy as well as gorgeous. I am so impressed with their service. One small bowl was chipped. They leave a service card in the box to call with a problem. I called and they immediately responded and shipped a bowl. Great purchase!!!

Absolutely Stunning Dinnerware & Exceptional Customer Service!I recently purchased two sets of the 32 Piece Dinnerware Sets for 8 from PURE LIVING INTERIOR DESIGN in the Black and Petrol Blue color, and I am beyond impressed! The quality and craftsmanship are truly outstanding — each piece feels luxurious, durable, and beautifully made. The modern design adds such a sleek, elegant touch to our dining table.We did encounter a small issue with one dish that arrived damaged due to shipping. However, the way PURE LIVING handled it absolutely blew me away. Their customer service was incredible — not only did they replace the damaged plate promptly, but they also went above and beyond by sending me a couple of extra sets at no additional cost. That level of care and professionalism is rare these days.I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Order was packed carefully and arrived fast. Unfortunately two plates were broken, but reaching customer service was easy and very good. They helped fast, were friendly and offered a discount or replacement for the broken pieces. I decided to get the broken ones replaced, to complete the set I purchased.The new ones arrived fast and everything was in perfect condition!I love the design and the colors are truly amazing. Everyone at the customer service really did take care of me and was just so nice to work with! 🫶🏻I would definitely recommend the product and the company

Nice quality, but on the heavier side

After using them for a week or so, the dishes are holding up well. There are slight variances in shape of both the side dinner plates as they do not stack as nicely as my crate & barrel plates. The overall look/pattern of the dishes is similar, but there are no two that are identical, which is what I really like. They were inexpensive, but they definitely do not look like they were. I plan on purchasing the larger bowls to complete the set.

So I ordered this set as it had great reviews and it came with salad/pasta bowls. One of the salad/pasta bowls came with a nice big chip in it. So I contacted the company via email. Their response although in German was quick. Lucky our phones now translate languages easily. I sent my order and picture of the broken bowl. And they just asked for my order number and I gave it to them. They asked if I wanted 15% off my order or a replacement. Silly me I assumed they just meant replacing the “one” bowl. So I said I really wanted just the one bowl replaced. They agreed, they were super nice and easy to work with and today I got my “one” replacement bowl with a whole 16 piece set. So now when my other dishes break because we all know stoneware always breaks I have enough dishes to replace half my dishes if they break. Now we’re to store them? I really only wanted the “one” bowl.Onto the dishes themself. They look way less gold in person, thank the heavens! I’m a simple woman and this was one of the few sets that came in brown. All I wanted were some simple brown dishes. And this and some really metallic shinny ones were my options. So I picked these. I like the rims of the plates so when the grandkids come and eat the food doesn’t come off their plate. We all know with kids that’s a problem. Then they came with salad/pasta bowls. That made me very happy. No I won’t used them for salad or pasta but they are nice sized shaped bowls. I mostly use them to eat leftovers in. They work beautifully. So far I have had them about a week and they are easy to wash (that shinny coat has a purpose). They hold up In the microwave well (I already said I eat leftovers). I don’t use a dishwasher, (you know that thing that never gets the dishes clean so you have to hand wash them anyway) so I can’t say they hold up well in the dishwasher or not. I like the dishes and since I have a whole other 16 piece set they will Probably last past 5 years (well if I’m nice to them). So ya I would buy these again in a heart beat. Now can you just have some simpler colors like plain brown you know the color of hot chocolate for the simple folk your selling to. Maybe take that slick easy to clean finish and make it so its not blinding me when the sun is out. More like a satin finish you know so they still clean easy. Thanks again
