Peak Design Packable Tote, Zippable Ultralight Carry-All, Self-Healing Ripstop Shell, Weather-Resistant Stowable Bag

Folds up really small. Made of tough material so it won't easily break under load. Being Peak Design it isn't the cheapest but I like the fact it isn't really girly like most tote bags seem to be. So I don't look like a total idiot when I use it for shopping. I like the zip on top and I've taken it on holiday as a beach bag too. To give you an idea of how much I love this bag, my son borrowed it and it got lost. So I had to buy another! My only wish is that they did a slightly bigger size. Sometimes for food shops it is a bit on the small side.

It's a nice bag - tough fabric and packs up reasonably small. I'm male and the bag looks good when carried, not being too feminine as some are. Only negative is that I'd be even happier if it was slightly bigger.

Just what was needed for travel, packs small but useful size. Zip closure and carries close for security. Seems very well made and strong. Used every day on recent trip and expect to get a lot of use from this quality product.

I bought this mainly for going on holiday and shopping. It worked a treat, I’ve been able to fit in a couple of litres of water in there, tablets, jumpers, trainers, all sorts. So far it’s working wonders

I’m not sure about the claim that the material is self healing. I was using these for groceries and the bottoms of the bags ( I bought two ) started to wear and I could see daylight through the material. The bags are surprisingly spacious for a small bag and have strong handles and weigh next to nothing .

Good quality, packs away nicely but the strap is too small for, most likely, most men or anyone larger than average. So if you're a man or a larger woman, you're likely left using the strap as a carrying handle and not being able to sling it on your shoulder

Bought this for forthcoming holiday so not yet used. But the product looks great. Fits within our travel bag and should be ideal for carrying of quick last minute purchases.

Very useful packs down small to carry/light - carries a fair amout of stuff.. took to use in Europe holiday. Useful for taking some shopping home or store bought puchases use instead of store bags. Zippered top is great! Only issue is if you are short then handles are a long - then carrying with hands instead of shoulder is not as easy like a grocery bag, need to wrap twice around hands, I wish the handles were longer & adjustable would work as a great cross body... For reference I really love Uniqlo large calico bags for normal day to day shopping - as they are large and have long handles but not zipped up. The peak bag is a good smaller light size bag to have in bag just incase.

Great bag, lightweight, well made and great size. I bought this to augment my backpack when I have to take work out clothes or an extra outfit to work, it works great for that. The handle is just right to loop onto my shoulder (I’m a thick mammal) and has microfiber on it to stop it from sliding off. All and all a great bag and value.

Compact, very strong, good carry options with respect to handle. Does not look like a “grocery bag”, so works well in an urban setting or if you are out for the day. Zips closed as a bonus. Expensive, but well worth it for my lifestyle.

When I first purchased this packable shopping tote, I wasn't quite convinced it would survive my 2 week trip in Japan. I was totally wrong! This is probably one of the BEST packable shopping totes I've ever come across. This tote is a MUST for anyone that is needing something compact and lightweight to store in a purse or backpack while travelling or just for general purchases day-to-day. At first glance, the material feels flimsy but it isn't and I thought the strap would be a bit too thing but it wasn't either. There is a piece of thicker material stitched over top of the area where the bag strap rests on your shoulder. Yes, it definitely is on the pricier side for a packable tote but I do think that overall with the material, quality and build, it's worth it. Of note, it also has a zipper on the top so you don't have to worry about things dropping out of the bag.

I recently came back from Tokyo and can tell you this Peak Design Packable bag was our “go to” whenever my wife or I would buy items/souvenirs from local markets, tourist shops, or even Tokyo Disneyland. It’s seriously the perfect size for travel and everyday use, super durable and secure. We just toss it in our pocket, crossbody bag, or backpack and bust it out as needed. Granted if you get anything equal to, or greater than a shoebox, it’s most likely not going to fit this bag. However, 90% of the time it still came in handy and did the job perfectly. We also love that it zips up, has an internal pocket and did very well in the rain. Also being semi-light weight, I never felt like it was going to rip open or break even when we over packed it with stuff. It’s totally worth it IMO! So save yourself money (and the planet) from buying plastic bags every time you buy something, protect your purchases in a far more durable bag and look stylish too by getting this Peak Design Packable bag. I currently have only one Peak Design bag which I shared with my wife. However, I think she may have commandeered it since our Japan trip, so I’m planning on getting at least one more before our next trip.
