Excellent product , I was advised to take Statins. Decided to try these instead, I have a cholesterol drink and 1 of these tablets every morning. It equals 3g , along with a diet change and more exercise, the results couldn’t be better. My LDL, the bad cholesterol has reduced right down, overall cholesterol 3.5 from 5.8 in 4 months.Unfortunately the tablet size is an issue, I break them in half , swallow with porridge, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to take them.Nevertheless the results are worth it.

As far as I know they are working. :)Hard to be sure unless I had a blood cholesterol test before and after, at the drs. But my cholesterol levels are ok, so I will continue to use plant sterols, and plant based, as I don't eat animals.Speedy service.Easy to swallow, they look big but I swallow 2 together so not too big at all.

Easy to swallow tablets

I’m not sure how if these plant sterol tablets are working to lower my cholesterol, though time will tell. However, I bought them on subscription and both deliveries to date were in a timely manner. The tablets are completely sealed and well packaged for delivery. The only downside some people may find difficult is that they are a large capsule shaped tablet so could be difficult to swallow.

These are a great idea but unfortunately the tablets are so large they were difficult to swallow.
