The best
This little gadget is the best. It measures in a second and the measurement is spot on. Where has this been all of my life. It’s very easy to use and nice and small for storage. It seems well made.

Useful gadget
Works well once you figure it out. Menu a little confusing since one button is on front and up/down on side. Instructions not good either.

Handy Gadget To Compliment A Tape Measure
Nice gadget to have. However be aware that it is impossible to read the display and see a distant laser in sunlight and very hard to hold still enough to use as a level or obtain angle readings.

Can only charge with included cable.
This is much sleeker than the other laser measures I have, and nice that it's rechargeable. But I don't understand how so many manufacturers make a USB C port that refuses to charge with any cable other than the included cable. I tried about 10 USB C cables, ranging from power only USB 2 spec up to USB 3.x with high speed power and data support. No cable other than the included one would charge. All I can think of is that they're doing something out of spec with the cable, so while it looks like USB C it probably isn't using proper USB C spec. Or uses too few pins for a proper USB C cable to ever send current due to the safety measures inherit in most cables. That'd explain why it's USB A to USB C as well, but I couldn't even get any of the A to C cables I have charging either. If it weren't for the strictness of the cable for charging, making it useless if you lose the cable, this would definitely rank higher. It's sleek, compact, and the interface is easy to understand with a simple settings UI. Switching between front and rear measure could be a little faster. And beeps being on by default was a bit annoying, but sound can be disabled in settings pretty easily.

Very compact, well made and accurate
My son is a real estate broker. He saw this yesterday and thought it was great for quickly measuring a room and getting the square footage of a house. The unit is very small, only 3x10 cm. It is light weight with a very legible display. It's made of anodized aluminum and looks to be very nicely done. It has 19 modes of operation, many of which I would never use (Pythagorean, Volume Angular Measurement etc.) . The two modes I use are the linear measurement and the area mode. To use the unit, turn it on by press and holding the center button for several seconds, then select the measurement mode (linear, area etc.) by press the side button. To make a measurement, click the center button, this turns on the laser which by the way is very bright Bright enough to see outside). A second click will then make the measurement. I checked it against my tape and it is accurate. Some negatives. The unit is possibly too small for worksite usage, it is suited more to a pocket for no jobsite use. I thought the instructions were printed in a very small font, not that easy to read and not all that descriptive. Setting the units was a bit fiddley, requiring multiple presses of various buttons. Once set, the unit is easy to use, small, nicely made and accurate. Summary: Very compact, well made, accurate and a bit fiddley to set. It does have its draw backs but still if you want tiny, this is you unit.

Works great, but small screen.
Very small digital display will make it a little challenging to read for most. But does it work, works very well after you set it up and learn how to use it. I did have to go online to read instructions as too fine print to see on the printed insert.
