Sleeve is very comfortable. Covers the air and needed to protect my PICC . I feel is was a good value.

I'm using this armband set off-label for protecting a GCM monitor as the "diabetes armbands" seem to cost twice as much (you get 2 for $20 with those). At ~$17 for 6 units, this is a bargain, even if it is longer. The quality is pretty basic, it's a soft spandex tube with a mid-thickness, and no stitching as the fabric is bonded (likely with a heat process). It is made to hold something against the skin and there isn't a silicone bead/lining on these to prevent them slipping off, but I had no issues with that. The fabric is stretchable, but I wouldn't expect to get too much stretch out of it. The price may reflect QAQC lottery (e.g. defects more likely to slip through) as one band I received wasn't bonded on one end, I was able to work around it.For my purpose, I do fold it back over itself (makes it half as long) and I went with the XL. That seems to be a pain point from the product perspective, the measurement chart is listed in length/width/height, when these things are normally listed in circumference, this adds a lot of variability in how people measure themselves. The XL fits my 12.5" pythons (I say with a joking smile), but snugly. So it functions for my needs, but you really do have to try to guestimate the conversion to the sizing chart offered.

WARNING!You are only getting 3 out of 4. The first one I opened already had a hole in itThe size is spot on, and so far hasn’t rolled down on me like others have. It is lightweight and comfortable. If there wasn’t a hole in the one I opened, I probably would’ve given it 5 stars.

These are very soft and could be comfortable except they run extremely small. I read other review stating this so I ordered an xl. They are still tight on the top band.

Good product. The rubber on the inside top makes them stay on. Fit well

For a 14 inch bicep circumference, the Xtra Large is way too tight... affects circulation.

I use these covers for my CGM (continuous glucose monitor) to prevent it from getting knocked off my upper arm. Underneath I use a bandage, but bandages don't stay on long due to skin oils, so this provides extra protection. To avoid losing the CGM during showers, I leave the cover in place, then wash it out and let it dry, replacing it with a fresh one. The cover has stayed in place during normal activities including sleep and exercise.
