I feel like I have to speak up when I meet an outstanding product. I cook a lot, and partly due to my French and Swiis background, my bar for chocolate is extremely high (feel free to call me an insufferable snob). This is the real deal. Whoever is in charge at this company, don't change anything. You're on the right track. I use this many different ways, on a daily basis. In my espresso in the morning to make a mocha. Whipped together with a bit of sugar and butter to make a quick snack. For cooking (e.g. bolognese), and baking. Taste is strong and divine. Color is deep and rich. It's just outstanding, and reasonably priced.

This cocoa powder is amazing!! Store bought cocoa powder does not even compare. I made chocolate buttercream with it and the chocolate taste was just perfect!

This is a very good quality cocoa powder. I have made my favorite chocolate cake twice using this product. It has a very nice flavor. I will definitely be buying this product again. It is easy to work with and gives a much deeper color then natural cocoa.

The Coco's very good. It has deep rich flavor, mixes well and bakes great. The only drawback is the packaging but if you save half the price by not having a tin it's well worth it.

This is the richest dark cocoa I have ever used! Try it once and you will be sold!

I love it. Makes for perfect hot cocoa, or Dubai chocolate cookies. I made my girlfriend chocolate and strawberry cookies with cream cheese frosting. She loved them.
