I recently bought a new serum and read that you can microns it for better results. I had a hard time applying it but this device makes it easy as you can just pour the serum into the sterile chamber and roll to apply needles aren’t too deep or too shallow so they don’t irritate but still seem like they’re providing good results. I like that the head can be replaced. Even though jnstructions say you can sanitize it, I wouldn’t rely on at home sanitation for more than a few uses before replacing the needle head

Works great, however, I bought it to use on my face but learned from my aesthetician that for my face, any/everyone’s face should use a derma stamp instead of a roller. The roller can pull your skin, when you’re rolling it to a new location which is awful for your skin but the derma stamp, stops that from being an issue. However, this roller is wonderful for everywhere else on your body!

This derma roller is amazing! The quality feels professional and the 0.25 mm size is perfect for safe at-home use. It’s easy to hold, rolls smoothly, and the serum included makes my skin feel refreshed and hydrated after each use. I’ve already noticed my skin looking brighter and more even. Good little roller. This is small so easy to get the nooks and crannies. Use an antiseptic over the face before using also clean everything with rubbing alcohol before and after use. I also use a skin healing cream or ointment after treatment. It is uncomfortable. Especially in your sensitive areas. It was hard for me to stand doing the top of my cheek and between my eyes because it made my eyes feel strange like my eyes were saying hold up that’s sharp lol I did not bleed like I would with other rollers the pin prick bleeding. But I’m pretty sure it still did what it was supposed to do. I’ve only used once with a stem cell serum. I think next time I may mix 3 serums together so I can get all the affects I need. Oh and yes it feels like small needles being rolled on your face it’s uncomfortable but not unbearable

Der HAMINOS Derma Roller hat mich wirklich überrascht: Obwohl er kompakt und leicht wirkt, fühlt er sich beim Anwenden erstaunlich stabil und hochwertig an. Besonders praktisch finde ich den integrierten Tank, weil er das Serum gleichmäßig verteilt und die Anwendung dadurch viel einfacher und sauberer wird. Die 0,25-mm-Nadeln sind sanft genug, um nicht zu reizen, aber man merkt trotzdem, dass die Haut angeregt wird – nach ein paar Anwendungen wirkte mein Teint glatter und frischer. Das Design in Rosa macht das Ganze zusätzlich zu einem hübschen kleinen Ritual im Badezimmer. Viene muy bien para la regeneración de la piel. Llevo cicatrices de acné y lo estoy utilizando 2 veces por semana y estoy viendo resultados. Combinado con un buen serum hace que penetre más profundamente sin causar dolor. El efecto igual al dermapen, pero en casa. Fácil de limpiar y ocupa poco espacio. Estoy muy contento. La calidad de las agujas es muy buena, hipoalergénico. Se puede utilizar en cualquier parte del cuerpo y cabello. Aporta luminosidad y mejor tono de piel con su uso continuado. Eficaz.

Works well, easy to load, and holds more than enough product to really get in to your skin. Definitely buy some rubbing alcohol/isopropyl alcohol to keep this clean between uses! Don’t leave any product in here as it will eventually leak. Great value for money and my skin feels lovely - I use with either the ordinary or L’Oréal HA.
