Love this product! I would recommend using distilled water. If you use tap water the calcium can build up on it over time. Super quiet. It’s also great when using the warming for the humidifier for in the winter time

If you put this thing on high, it really pumps out the moisture. Even with a larger tank, I have to refill every other day.

I loved how big this humidifier was! I needed it in the winter time as my house gets so dry. It helped with the humidity level tremendously. It was easy to fill as I took a gallon jug and filled it up when needed. It’s durable and is great for a larger space. Cleaning it wasn’t terrible. It could be a little easier to clean as it has several pieces to it. It has different setting and programs. I love that you can do cold or hot if you wanted to. You can set the humidity to what you want and it will turn off once it hits that number. It’s also very quiet.

The large 10L tank is a huge convenience; it lasts for a couple of days on a single fill, which perfectly suits my busy lifestyle and minimizes refill frequency.The dual cool and warm mist functions are outstanding. I love being able to switch between them depending on the season and my comfort needs. The warm mist feature adds extra comfort during cold months, while the cool mist is refreshing in the summer.The humidifier operates quietly, making it perfect for the bedroom. I barely notice it running at night, yet I wake up feeling more refreshed and breathing easier. The adjustable mist output lets me customize the humidity level to my preference.The built-in humidity sensor is also a fantastic feature, as it automatically adjusts the mist output to maintain the desired humidity, taking the guesswork out of creating a comfortable environment.Overall, I highly recommend the 10L floor-standing cool and warm mist humidifier. It’s effective, easy to use, and its large capacity makes it a worthwhile investment for long-term comfort!

The media could not be loaded. Worked well for maybe a couple uses. Had it since January but only ran it maybe 4 or 5 times total, and now the display only turns on for half a second before shutting off. I've checked everything and cannot find an issue. Also no way I can find to locate any customer support. Don't buy from this company.

The main features that I like are that it is easy to refill from the top; no lifting the top off and taking it to the sink. Just lift the little flap open and pour in the water. It is extremely quiet. There is no annoying sound of water dripping. It’s very easy to adjust the settings on the unit or with the remote. It puts out a lot of mist if that’s what you want. It has a large water tank capacity, so it goes several hours between needing to be refilled. If you are going to use a humidifier long-term, I definitely recommend this one for its convenient and efficient features.

The features I like are the easy to refill from the top. There was no need to take the top off to take it to the sink. It is very quiet. The settings are very easy to adjust with the remote or on the unit itself. With the large tank, it goes several hours before the need to refill. This will fit nicely in any corner. I definitely recommend this one for its quality, easy-to-use features, and ease of cleaning.

The media could not be loaded. Looks sleek and modern in the photos but in-person it’s just not that great and marginally functional:1. The vertical plastic window strip you’re supposed to be able to see the water level through isn’t adequate to see the water level. Photo attached to elaborate. Your guess is as good as mine as to how much water is in the tank!2. The directional vent at the top may spin, but spinning it doesn’t impact the stream of humidity much. It just blows straight up in the air. Video attached to show you what I mean. It needs to be angled more.3. I have a standalone humidistat right next to the unit that’s reporting the humidity to be 45%, but the unit claims my humidity is currently reaching 60%. I’ve included a photo of my humidistat sitting right on top of the unit, as proof — so if you’re planning to use this as an adjunct medical device, think again.4. The lights accomplish nothing. If you have the “warm mist” on its faintly amber and if you’re set to “cool mist” it’s faintly blue. So faint in fact that you can barely tell they’re on. In my photos, the amber light is “on”. You can barely see it!5. There’s a “UV lamp” button on the remote that nobody seems to know what its purpose is. Not mentioned in the manual. Your guess is as good as mine. I’ve left it “on” in hopes that perhaps it relates to killing germs.Overall I’m not happy with this unit, at this price point. At least it’s shooting some kind of mist into the air but all the bells and whistles it purports are useless. I’m considering returning it for a full refund, but repackaging this thing is going to be a nightmare!
