Look and feel: This fabric looks and feels exactly like the fabric you find under your furniture,Quality: It's tough enough to be pulled taught without ripping.Usefulness: There are many discrepancies as to the usefulness of Landscaping fabric, however I do believe that it does have it's own usefulness.As I agree that it's more beneficial to use newspaper for a few applications such as layering under the mulch for weed prevention as newspaper is more earthworm friendly.I also feel that there are uses which substituting the fabric may be less practical.Ideas: I used this fabric for for creating garden art and creating specialized spaces such as pockets for pallet gardens and easy potato bags.Building a pathway: lay down this fabris first to prevent weeds from growing between your pavers.Note weeds can be airborne and this will not prevent new weeds from growing, only the owner weeds from popping up from underneath.

Not water permeable. Despite what it says in the product description this does not let water through, it beads up and will roll around on top of the fabric but won't soak through. Which I guess wouldn't be too bad if you were expecting that, except I was under the impression this would actually let water get through so I used it to line a dry well, which is now completely full of water that won't drain (it was draining fine before, and I even let it sit for a day to see if that would make a difference, which it didn't). So this product is a terrible choice for me and possibly for you. It would be nice if the description were not completely inaccurate.

BY FAR the best land fabric I have used. It was so easy to put down and cut. I had actually ended up using all of it and decided last minute yto do another spot along my foundation so ran to Walmart to buy some more... huge mistake. I was spoiled by this land fabric because the one I purchased from Walmart for the SAME PRICE was pure junk. Like laying out garbage liners.Will be buying more for future products!

I am confused!!! I bought this early this spring and it was for TWO rolls. I got the two and used them up. It works great, so I ordered it again. I went back to my previous order, found the listing for 2 and hit "buy again". I only got one, and the price was higher this time. What gives?

The material is tough, but light weight. Easy to work with and effective in weed control. I used this item early in the summer abd have yet to see anything sprout through. Great stuff.

Good quality. We put down a double layer and have no worries about weeds growing through.

Disintegrated within weeks. There might be some applications for which biodegradable fabric would be preferred, but then it should be advertised as such. Weeds grew right through and all over this fabric in my garden until it's been absorbed into the soil.

Received 2 rolls both labeled 100 ft long. Both only 75 ft long; false advertising.Had to make special run to hardware store for another roll. So much for saving timeand $$$. Once laid out and with cut outs and delivery of 5 yards of decorative rockcover make it hard to roll up and return or I would
