If you are looking for book that REALLY explains what React is, why you should use it and how React works then stop looking. I was really pleased to read about how React works and especially with good examples. It gives me better background to start learning more.

This is the react book you all need
This book, and the online and incredibly useful 'Live book' that Manning publications have through their website is the absolute bomb. This book and its resources is the one! I can't wait to finish this book, and will give a final verdict as I get to the end. But this is seriously good with great resources.Thank you for this Azat.

A frustrating read
This book is hard work. It makes simple things seem difficult and it's very wordy in places, failing to get points across simply. I wouldn't recommend this book. Not up to Mannings generally high standards.

Declarative Simplicity
My Background as far web frontEnd includes some intermediate level of HTML-CSS-JS. So the next step was to jump to a JS framework. Considering the principles of react and angular both met my expectations. With this book I have the opportunity to initialize myself in more efficient and fast ways to solve complex UIs. So atm I am in the first 100 pages and I really enjoy reading and implementing. Plus the fact that this effort is a tool for practice with guidance from an expert like Azat Mardan.

The definitive React book
I'm not a fan of JavaScript frameworks so it took me some time to get started with React Quickly. I'm glad I did.Azat Mardan's book is aimed at intermediate developers with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST and development approaches as Single Page Applications. The first section gets started with a foundation in React concepts including components, JSX, states, events, and forms. Part two leads to Webpack, routing, Redux, GraphQL, testing with Jest, universal JavaScript, Express and MongoDB. The final appendices provide installation assistance, cheatsheets and ES6.There was a time when all IT books were this thick! At 539 pages, React Quickly is a daunting read but persevere. Azet's style is chatty and informative, even on the dryer aspects of React. Each chapter is digestible and finishes with a summary and quick quiz to ensure you've understood the details. Practical, fully-worked, examples are provided. The supplementary resources are impressive with errata links, code repositories, a dedicated forum and even a video for every chapter if you prefer not to read every word.Would I now use React in every project? Perhaps not, but it's considerably less intimidating than before. Recommended.
