Got to say this hernia belt is unbelievable. Fantastic quality for the price, and really has helped me carry on doing the things I love. Doc told me not to go to the gym or play golf while I wait for my Op with the NHS. No date yet, but they are hoping to fit me in before 2037. Anyway, I strap my belt on and it keeps your hernia nice and flat and supported, bit of a wedgy feel with the under strap, and it needs to be placed correctly to the side of your Crown Jewels for maximum comfort, but after a few training sessions and a few 18 holers you get used to it. It’s not too evident you’ve got it on, but due to the position it sits you do have to make some adjustments to your belts or pants to accommodate it. Overall I’d give this a 10/10. I can lift light weights and play golf without being scared I’m doing more damage.

It is no exaggeration to say this has been a life changer. Having looked for belts, some of which looked like some form of straitjacket, I decided to give this one a try because it looked simple in its design and many reviews are positive. After months of daily pain this has massively improved my quality of life because pain is no longer an issue when I am wearing it because it provides good support.I found it easy to put on from the begining. It took me a day or two to get used to adjusting it to get it just right but after that, no problem. I find it easier to put on when I am lying down. Another important point is it is comfortable and I quickly found it to be virtually unnoticable when wearing. I have since ordered another. Quality appears good and good value. Size wise it fits me well. I am certainly pleased with this product.

I've been wearing this belt for two weeks.Went from being bedridden to mobile and able to exert myself without constant pain.

9 months with a large hernia still waiting for surgery. 3 other hernia belts all average effectiveness. This one beats them all. Yes the ball like thing on the belt is large and you could say not that discrete but it can be removed and make up pads from my partner helped but the original ball is the best. The width of the belt stops it slipping and the Velcro has not needed replacing for over 3 months unlike the previous belts. I can’t recommend this belt highly enough and hope this review helps others waiting for surgery like myself,

Straps and cushion ball is Very bulky so not comfortable to wear during day under clothes. Does not also help with inguinal hernia relief as belt moves and does not stay on place due to it being very bulky. May be more suitable for stomach hernia

I was in great pain with my groin hernia popping put whilst at work so purchased this and it was a life saver whilst waiting for my operation. Great support and comfy to wear. My hernia never popped out or caused me any pain whilst wearing this so was very effective. I would highly recommend purchasing this item!

The bulky projector is good for a fit.Unfortunately the edges of the belt are extremely hard against the skin. So much that I only used the belt a few times then bought a different version.

The main belt is designed with the Velcro on the inside, so you have to add material to protect your skin. Also need to wrap material around the thin lower strap or it cuts into you. It's a shame because this belt work really well. I don't think the designer can ever have worn the belt themself.
