Quick and Easy
Gets the job done easily. Since it's in 6 sections so I joined them with duck tape. As for the foil, it was easy to apply since half of it is already adhered. The last portion is to seal it up. Highly recommended if you want something quick and easy.

Great product
They work great. Unfortunately my donkeys thought they were fun toys and kept stealing them. Once I got past THAT game they got my barn pipes through a 3 day hard freeze

Great product!
These were great, will probably order more. Used to cover hoses and pipes on an RV to prevent freezing. Can cut them to size and they secure very easily. Really like this product!

Thinner than I thought.
They were thinner than I thought but that actually worked out better for my needs. Not sure if they would work in areas where it freezes all the time. But it worked well for the Florida panhandle we’re it does freeze 2 or three times a winter.

Not impressed
Not impressed. Arrived all smushed and deformed. Foam is thinner than expected. Barely fits around the pipe, need to stretch the foam to surround the pipe, then the foam tears. The outer foil does stick pretty well. Maybe they’ll do the job, maybe not, guess I’ll find out this winter season.

Great pipe insulation
Bought ahead of the 2026 winter storm in Dallas. They were perfect and kept our outdoor hose pipes warm.

Great concept but lousy execution.....
I was stoked to find this product. We have a solar hot water installation on our roof and the pipes from the collector to the tank need to be insulated with foam tubing as it can freeze if left unprotected. Here in the desert, the foam last about 2 years before it turns to entirely to powder. This product seemed like an ideal solution by having the foam protected from the UV by the aluminum foil wrap. I installed this on the tubing.... wrapped the foil cover and attached it with the adhesive (under the paper like a peel and stick). Looked fantastic!. Put a strip of aluminum tape around each seam to make it watertight (it is on the roof, after all). I was all proud of myself and bragged about my genius solution. Fast forward 24 hours... all the seams had opened up as the adhesive had failed on the edge used to seal the seam.... up there flapping in the wind - thumbing it's nose at me. The only places remaining close is where I used the UL approved aluminum tape. The rest of each section? Wide open. To make a long story short, this might work well in a cool location (think crawlspace) but in the heat and sun? Fuggedaboudit. I ended up running strips of aluminum tape to reseal each section.... we'll see how that works out. So an hour of my life and $50 down the drain.
