Perfect for my little girl! When I first saw this I thought it was so cute but the price of £159.99 put me off due to its size however a few weeks later on prime day it was £49.99. So I quickly purchased this and so pleased I did! It’s beautiful and perfect works well and screen size is perfect for her. Easy to use

Value for money and functional , tablet quality is great . Love the parental control feature most as I am in control of what my 4 year old does. The protector is great as it keeps iPad secured .Highly recommend

Nice tablet, poor customer service when there’s a problem
I can’t say I have had a positive experience with Amazon regarding this tablet. On reporting an issue with it getting very hot when being used - I seem to be going back and forth with Amazon trying to get it replaced bearing in mind it was purchased last week. They don’t seem to want to keep their customer promise of replacing it for free if there a fault, broken or damaged. The tablet its self is age appropriate with plenty of fun apps my son likes, the size for his age is good and it’s easy to use. However with it costing £150.00 and I don’t feel Amazon are being very helpful at all. I bought this for my son who is autistic and he uses it to stay regulated and calm, I can’t let him use it and he doesn’t understand why so now we are having quite a lot of dysregulated meltdowns as a result and Amazon don’t seem to understand that. I just want it replaced so my son can enjoy using it once again. Amazon have kind of defeated the purpose of what I bought it for and after telling “Dennis” this, it also seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Your customer service is shocking and in the first instance, you should have upheld your customer promise of replacing said tablet because I have a tablet here that my little boy can’t use due to safety. I chose your product because it’s pacifically made with children in mind including the bumper case and for a SEND need child, is important and a good feature to make robust. Can’t comment on battery life due to it getting hot even when not plugged in so I’m not risking doing so to charge it. Do better Amazon, instead of all the back and forth trying to resolve the issue with you saying “we will look in to it”!!!! It’s not good enough. Please replace it before I take it further. Your products aren’t cheap when your customer service isn’t all that great. I wouldn’t mind if I had got the tablet as an adult one for myself but it’s a child’s tablet and one I had to work hard for to be able to buy my son in the first place and for it not to be safe to use and not replaced straight away by you isn’t on. Thank you Amazon, do better. Keep your damn customer promises of replacing.
