These are great and should work exactly as the video shows. What It doesn't tell you is even the small is too big to work on a women's fourth and fifth toes (pinky). It simply rides up and doesn't hold. It's too bad they don't make an XS women's because the product itself is great for broken toes. For information I'm an a size 7.5 shoe.

I have no idea if these will do anything beyond helping my hammertoe stay flatter and more comfortable, but for me that alone is a big win. They also handwash and dry easily (with mild soap and gentle towel drying to begin the process). I have size 6 1/2 shoes and tried stretchers ... they did not fit well and actually hurt.

It was good. It did help with my toe pain and correct direction.

Item was too big for my toes , I thought they would be different sizes , but I did read . Not too bad of a item but did not work for me
