this book has very vivid pictures and the information about the animals are very infomative. it can be enjoyed by all ages from children to adults

This a book my grandson brought home from the library at school. He’s 7. He sat and looked at the whole book. He started reading page after page talking about all these amazing things he was just glued to it. I looked on Amazon the next morning, I needed to get this for him to feed the love I was seeing in his eyes for this book. He had it the next day. I have others picked out to start a little library of all the books. He will be able to learn so much and use them for many years I think to. It’s a big beautiful heavy book. I can’t wait to order another in the series that are saved in my cart lol

My husband and I fell in love with DK (especially the Smithsonian line) during a trip to the Smithsonian museums and wanted to start a collection of books for our daughter. The books are filled with an immense amount of information which is presented in a fascinating, readable way. Of course the author couldn't include absolutely every single detail about the subject at hand, but they still did a wonderful job. The photos are gorgeous and a perfect complement to the information being presented. The books themselves have sturdy binding and stout construction.

We purchased the book for our son who is 8 years old. We all are in love with this book. The information and the photos are amazing. The book is made with high quality materials. We certainly recommend others to buy the book. Amazon did a great service delivering it on two days (we ordered Thursday night and got is Saturday morning on our home in Miami.

Great book, beautiful pictures and an array of different animals.

I got this for my niece, who wants to be a vet/zoologist. She reads it everyday and is fascinated by it. She wants to read the other books in this series. I love the graphics and presentation of info... my students always would get the shark version of this book, so I knew this one would be a winner for my niece!

This is a wonderful book geared towards mid - upper elementary school aged kids. The facts are fascinating and well presented. Super Nature is by no means an exhaustive book on anything, but it's not supposed to be. Though the number of animals detailed are limited, as usual with DK books, the subject matter is fantastic. I've learned some facts about several truly remarkable animals while reading it with my son/
