Love everything about these dishes. Perfect size for cereal or ice cream. Feel like Goldilocks, not too big, not too small, but just right. I even like the feel of the dishes, not to mention the design. Have never figured out the stories. yes, I will buy more of this set.

Greetings!I've harbored a longstanding desire for an Italian Blue dishes, and this set truly exceeded my expectations. Its allure prompted me to expand my collection with additional items available. For those in search of a comprehensive dish set, this one STANDS OUT, offering a plethora of appealing options.Admittedly, the only drawback in lies in the necessity for hand washing all the items. Nonetheless, I consider it a small sacrifice for the overall satisfaction this set brings.

These are very nice compliments to my Blue Italian Spode collection. They do not come with the full set of dishes. They're perfect for small servings. Too small for cereal or soup, though.

Arrived in good shape. We were getting some additional bowls, and these look identical to our older ones of the same pattern.

Spode makes (at least) three sizes of bowls: these, the soup plates, and the Ascot cereal bowls (there are also pasta bowls). These cereal bowls are the smallest ones offered. They are perfect for a normal sized portion of cereal, oatmeal, and the like. These are also perfect for fruit. I personally like the soup plates better for soup, as the large lip prevents spills. If you want a big honking bowl, choose the Ascot cereal bowls.
