Great stuff - this particular flavour is my favourite and is not too strong. Bought it after much searching to find an electrolyte mix/drink that didn't have artificial sweeteners in. Comes in a decent sized package and includes a scoop which makes dosing easy. Pretty good value as these things go. I did 118 miles of canoe race, a sweaty endeavour, drinking Skratch throughout and it kept me well hydrated. The taste never got boring as I switched between this and the lemon and lime one.

This is fantastic for carrying along for hikes or electrolyte replacement during travel. Of course it is perfect for long distance workouts. I pack it in a small plastic bag (I buy the 2x2 in for vitamins and supplements) and carry in my dry sack for long distance canoe or hikes. Then just pour in your water bottle. On the airplane, I add it after security at the water bottle station. In both instances I feel more energetic and no more cramping from dehydration. I like the lemon flavor. I wish they had orange. The powder mixes well.

I frequently must take hydration drinks due to a major surgery and it's critical that it work well. I had no problems with this, it has more sugar than I prefer, but I cut it back a bit and add more water. Main thing is it heads of my dehydration quickly and tastes decent.

My favorite flavor from Skratch. And I like the bigger size package. Gives me what I need on a longer bike ride.

Great tasting with a good amount of electrolytes to keep you hydrated during your workout or run. This is my go to drink when I do for a run as I just put a scoop of the powder on my 16oz. Amphipod bottle mixed with alkaline water and go out for a 10 mile run.
