We’ve had our Dreame X40 for about four months and use it daily—it’s a workhorse in our house! This was great for getting a good replacement pack of parts for my new Dreame machine. Highly recommended instead of ordering parts individually.

These replacement devices work as intended but I would not buy another device from Dreame. I sent mine in because it was running into walls and furniture, 10 days later they tell me it’s got multiple problems and ask if I would like to wait two more weeks for them to fix mine or just send a refurbished robot. I chose the refurbished robot. 5 days later, I still haven’t received an email with a tracking number or a response saying a new device is on the way.
