Flavor is nice but the size of the packs is little. Although it is in line with other brands size.

I will preface this review with the fact that we lived in Spain for 4 years, so we know what good Jamon Iberico is and should be. This is not it. Aside from the fact that the portion of meat was tiny (only as big as the window in the packaging), the jamon itself was more like jerky. Slices should be paper thin and soft, moist and tender. Instead the pieces were thicker and super dried out. I got this for my husband for Christmas and even though it was in the fridge for a while before opening, that shouldn't effect the quality since it was a sealed package. Super disappointing. Will never buy this again! It doesn't even rate as well as the lowest grade of grocery store jamon in Spain.

We loved the flavor of the ham, and the quality. Better than Italian prochiutto. We were disappointed with the amount and the price per pound, which is kind of outrageous.

I love jamón ibérico and I have been buying Fermín products for years because it’s allowed me to eat jamón all this years that I’ve lived outside Spain. The quality has decreased enormously in the last month. The flavor and the color of my last purchase was not good and I decided not to eat what was left just to be safe. They should really consider reevaluate they’re vacuum sealing method or get rid of the last products (whatever they consider is affecting the quality)
