This is great

Got this for a gift for my 8 year old son. He loves it! Take the time to understand how to use it, and to teach the kids how to maneuver it. It’s pretty easy once you play with it for a minute! It has a knob you can twist to make the picture clearer and different buttons for options, it also has a night light on the base you can have on or off. Pretty cool!

I got this for my kids, and they really like it! It's awesome for splashing images of space and planets all over their walls and ceiling, turning their room into their very own cosmic adventure. The projections are really clear and detailed, which makes them feel like they're actually floating among the stars. It's become a favorite for bedtime, helping them wind down and drift off to sleep dreaming of galaxies far, far away. The unit itself is small enough to fit on a shelf or a small space on a dresser, so that's pretty convenient. As others have mentioned, some of the discs have images that are not the most realistic or detailed, but it's not a deal breaker. Just a heads-up though, to really get the full effect, the room needs to be super dark. Any little bit of light can wash out the projections, so we make sure to turn off all the lights for the best view. There's also this "shooting star" effect which is pretty cool at first, but it happens more than I would prefer and can get a bit distracting. Despite those small things, my kids love it, and it's definitely added a magical touch to their room!

Bought to use as a night light and it was totally worth the money! 10/10 recommendation!

We use them as memorials for dead relatives. Unfortunately, we need quite a few more of these.

The slide that's installed in the slide of the moon is the only one that's kind of ok. The slides are low quality in all honestly.

ReviewsByMuse The variety of discs available is nice. I like the shooting stars that come through the scenes. The focus knob takes a bit of getting used to. The LED ring is a bit distracting but colorful. There are modes to change it. Brightness is not fantastic - good for absolute darkened rooms.
