This printer , scanner and copier is nice and compact in size, purchased it to replace my brother psc as the scanning function stopped working on it. Installation was more difficult than on other occasions when I have bought a printer. After installing I tried to scan a document but got a message saying you need to download the scanning software. This had to be done after the original installation . I found this a bit strange. Print , copy and scan quality is good . Has a nice slim paper tray that slides very easily, a blue light that shows that you are connected to WiFi ( if it flashes it means you are not ) and a very neat multifunctional display that is easy to use. Has the on and off switch on the back of the printer, light indicator at front showing it is on. Overall would recommend the printer as it is good value for money.

Very pleased. Arrived as promised the next day. Works perfectly. Easy to set up. I'm part blind, 72, so if i can do it, any one can. I rang th8er help line for advice, very fast answering, very helpful. The printer is not large, not small. Just right for home use. Works perfectly, not too noisy. Easy to follow direction, very straightforward. A real bargain for the price.

I took several weeks to decide which printer I wanted as a replacement. My criteria was a smaller footprint with full wireless capability, the ability to print both documents and photographs and the running costs needed to be as reasonable as possible. I paid just under £60 for the HP ENVY 6020e which comes with a 3 month interest free terms as an option and 3 months of free ink deal I bought it as it would meet all my criteria. It was easy to subscribe to the ink service, which is just over a fiver a month based on 100 pages a month. It would appear that the cartridges that come with the printer are included as month 1 of the three month free package which is a little strange. I may be wrong the wording was somewhat ambiguous about that so I am not 100% sure on that. My printing requirements are unlikely to exceed the 100 pages a month. Interestingly for just £1.19 on top of that you can subscribe to get your paper delivered in addition to replacement cartridges. I had an 11 hour nightmare getting this printer to connect to our network and complete its set up through the app. We have many devices and electronics connected to our wireless home network which had been no problem to set up. I tried on and off for a total of 11 hours, although it could see the Envy it just would not connect. I tried suggested solutions several times, I was about to throw it into the bin in anger when suddenly it finally added itself and went through the rest of its set up process without further difficulty. The alignment test is impressive, you just scan the test sheet it produces and it makes all the adjustments automatically a great improvement from my last printer which had provided me with reliable service for several years before giving up the ghost. Overall I am very pleased after 3 days use and very happy. The printer looks smart, has a smaller footprint than my last printer about half the size, connects and works well from all our devices. I see that some folks have stated in their reviews that they are disappointed with the print quality, so far I find it to be superb. It works well from our android mobile phones, tablet and the windows pc (use control p on pc for internet prints and the app for documents). To set to monochrome you do this one the printer itself, so simple, but it took me a while to figure that out! I will edit this post if need be in due time should the need arise.

I purchased an HP printer because I had had 9 years of using an HP printer with an account for instant ink. The printer set up without any difficulty but in the instant ink account I could not delete the old printer to change it to the new printer. Twice I had an agent try to change it but had to give up after about an hour each time. We were resetting it and they had no idea how to change it over. Not changing it meant that my account was showing I was paying for pages to this printer but that was at the tip. I wanted to keep the pages I had not printed as they added up to a lot. HP only sends out more cartridges when your printer informs your account that the ink is running low and then they send another cartridge out. The last time I rang to try again to resolve the issue. I was asked again for my name and account details. Then my telephone number. Within minutes I had a call from a man who said would it be okay to take over my laptop so he could try to fix the issue. I was then informed that my laptop needed new drivers and the cost would be £70. I declined the offer. My old printer was okay with this laptop. I wonder, has HP now deleted the required drivers in their new models. What a cheek to remove drives from new models and then try to charge you to update your laptop. Like it's your fault for owning an older model ( 3 years old). I have now ordered cartridges and will purchase as needed but I very well might have bought another brand if it hadn't been that I wanted to stay with the instant ink facility.

The moment I met the HP Envy 6120e, my heart raced. Sleek, elegant, and impossibly capable, it whispered promises of colour and clarity. Every page it delivered was a love letter, every scan a stolen glance. Wireless, obedient, and endlessly patient, it fulfilled my every printing fantasy without complaint. A romance of ink and paper I never knew I needed. Five stars.

Works very well for its price. Doesn’t take up a lot of space and prints at a reasonable speed. Good ink also.

Finalmente ho trovato la stampante che fa per me. Collegata a più dispositivi tramite wi-fi , c’è anche lo scanner integrato. E’ perfetta per ciò che devo fare.

Coulnt' get the printer to connect tot he app to register for the ink package that came as part of the purchase so i feel this was a bit of a swizz! Printer works fine tho.

Buona stampante per piccoli spazi, un po’ scomoda per l’accensione sul retro della stampante

La stampante funziona perfettamente. Il cassetto di alimentazione dei fogli è posizionato sotto il dispositivo e riduce notevolmente lo spazio occupato. Molto utile la stampa fronte/retro automatica.
