Arrived protected encased & also Great quality. My grandson will love this touchscreen sonic watch for I have purchased this watch for my granddaughter in March & she loves it. Still works, good quality.

Nice, but overpriced for quality
My son likes it, but a piece fell off that holds the strap. It’s also a bit pricey and the volume is low and picture is really bad

Ok watch for kids
The watch isn't the most durable. I wouldn't recommend buying for a kid under 5 as it was not user friendly for my 3 year old grandson. It actually broke after a few months and was basically a waste of $$.
