Poor product and service
No assistance received from seller for assembling the bed. I managed to assemble it by my own but the bed is not firm and safe to sleep. The free installation team didn't respond and the item does not accept replacement within 10 days as committed by amazon. Finally, after complaining to the Customer Care, a technical person finally arrived to complete the installation.

Good bed good design etc, very lightweight so I hope its not weak lets see how it stays. Otherwise no issue. Value for money.

Not at all sturdy, very very fragile.
The bed itself a bit fragile, can break any moment without a proper installation. For me all went well but still I needed to install additional support for the bed. Though it looks good.

Unstable & Fragile- Not Recommended
Very weak legs & fragile bed. Facing problem ever since we purchased. Will appreciate if i can be contacted by the seller to fix the legs as the bed is unstable ever since we purchased. Amazon may i request you to kindly escalate & assist !

I am disappointed with the Royalaok and amazon service for this particular product. first the product was damaged when the assembly service people opened it. Now there is no action on the pickup and the product is lying at my home occupying space. It is both side lack of client service not at all acceptable being a loyal customer to AMAZON.

This bed is a solid one and would highly recommend if you are looking for that classic and sturdy wooden bed. It was delivered on time and assembled so I didn't have to break a sweat.
