I found this plotter very easy to use and I am happy to get it.

I need help with this machine that I bought, the machine I can't install and I want help with this machine. Because I bought the machine to work, so the machine can't work and I need help installing this machine, the machine comes and says, "This is the part." No product serial number psn

Definitely worth every penny

Non-functional out of the box,, assembled easy enough, instructions good. ribbon cable to the USB/com interface was shorted on the bare metal clip they used to hold it in place. Edges were very sharp, not deburred. The stepper motor wasn't working so I took it apart to figure out why, fixed that and it works now. I added some rubber insulation tape to the metal tab. Still haven't figured out the software 100% and I'm using autotracer.org to covert my rasters to vectors, works 99% of the time. Cuts great, plenty of spare blades and an ink pen too so you can get it setup with that and paper instead of wasting vinyl. Definitely worth the money.

Terrible plotter, extremely inconsistent. Tried every trick in the book to get this thing to cut right, it cuts in some corners others it doesnt. Always scrunches up film, moves it to the right. Takes hours and hundreds dollars worth of film to setup just for it to start doing the same thing. Save yourself the headache of this crappy machine do not buy it
