Works and it was easy to connect. It’s not 100% accurate but for the most part it gets the job done.

After 2/3 instantly connected and I had no issues with them, the last one wouldn’t even turn on or make a sound. Once I replaced the battery, it still wouldn’t make a sound or turn on. I sent a video showing these issues to the WhatsApp number, while also sending a message on here too to see what was faster since I’m leaving for my trip soon. They immediately whatsapped me back and saw the video, and reconfirmed my order to send a replacement right away. 10/10 customer service!

When I first ordered them and they got here, one of them didn't work right out of the box. The other one worked great and connected immediately to my iPhone… setup was very simple. But they sent another one and luckily the next set I got both of them worked fine. I went on vacation and every time they got left behind I was notified immediately.The problem I worry about is when it comes time to change the battery… there is a very small piece of metal inside that seems to fall out very easily once they are opened. I've read the reviews, and I am not the only reviewer who seen this… luckily, it didn't affect me when I opened it, but I do worry about when the time comes and I have no choice but to open it. I don't know if these have some kind of warranty on them, but I hope so. Still, it gives me peace of mind, knowing that my keys and my bag won't get too far behind me before I get a notice.

I followed all the steps and the AirTag never connected to my phone. I needed it for traveling and ended up buying an original Apple one. Now I'll see how I can return it.

It came 3 in a package, but only 2 worked. The third one just would not link up. Very disappointing with no time to exchange them before we leave on our trip.

Great product and price

These are as good as air tags, and at a great price. I ordered a two-pack but only one came, so i messaged the seller on whatsapp, and they sent another tag out the next day.Very happy with product and customer service!
