This is a great charger stand. Good looking and sturdy. However, there is a foible when using Apple's 80% charge limit on iPhone 15 Pro. When the phone halts accepting power at the ~80% limit, the charger continues to pull 3-4 watts out of the wall socket and thus generates ongoing warmth in the phone even though it is no longer charging. In this state, the phone operates on battery power until its charge has dropped to 75%, so this phenomenon cannot be a result of the phone running from outlet power in standby. Indeed it doesn't occur with regular wired chargers, or even Apple's own MagSafe puck for that matter. In summary, when the phone has capped itself to the 80% limit, this charger continues drawing power from the wall which is then wasted as heat. The unit's display graphic also indicates that it's unaware that the phone has stopped accepting power, so this is very likely a firmware compatibility issue at one or both ends. It's a mild effect and probably not a serious detriment to battery health, but it's noteworthy nonetheless and definitely suboptimal. Probably best to flip the wall switch off if you intend to leave the phone 'docked' after charging.

On top of that, the unit tends to whine or produce an audible high‑frequency noise during use, which can be distracting. Returned as I found the LED screen (the eyes and mouth ) used to tell you charging status was too bright at night. Purchased the UGREEN 15W MagFlow Wireless Charger, Qi2, which is the same device without the unnecessary led screen section and also £10 cheaper
