stops hair shedding for women
I did a lot of research since (as usual) there is very minimal info on how this works for women experiencing hair loss. There was enough anecdotal evidence to suggest I should try it. A few years ago, my hair started falling out due to (presumably) hormonal changes as part of normal aging. I had tried Rogaine for 2 years with no noticeable improvement. Took one of these supplements each night and after about 4 months, voila! No more shedding!! That was about a year ago. I still take one per night and I'm still not shedding. I'm thrilled. My hairdresser noticed and started taking it, and it worked for her too. I've been sharing the tip with other lady friends. It's definitely worth a try if you have hormone-related hair loss.

Can Cause Sexual Dysfunction In Men!
I started taking this supplement in my late 20s to help with hair loss. At my annual checkup, my functional doctor asked if I’d experienced any sexual dysfunction—since DHT blockers can sometimes cause that. At the time, I hadn’t noticed anything and didn’t think much of it.A few weeks later, though, I realized my libido had dropped, and my overall interest had dwindled. I immediately stopped taking the supplement to see if it would make a difference and added in some Tongkat Ali. Within a few weeks, everything was back to normal.Unfortunately, I seem to be one of the guys who’s sensitive to this, and I had no idea it could have that kind of effect. That said, I guess it was working, considering the side effects. Just a heads-up to other men—if this is something that matters to you, be aware!
