Shocked by the poor quality from a noted brand
Bought it less than 1.5 months ago and now both the normal ports of usb c and usb a are not working! Really frustrated and disappointed at the poor quality from Ugreen especially with the price that it was bought which was higher than others in the list! Have been an Ugreen fan for quite some time now and hence confidently went ahead with trust. But this experience has really opened my eyes and i will have consider other brands in similar purchases moving forward.
