These are great quality I think. I have no proof for that but do try a lot of supplements and do believe these actually helped my dog with his stomach problems and were good for me as well.

These Medicinal mushrooms are very good at boosting one's immunes system. It is much easier than mixing the individual powders into hot water which was what I had to do when I ran out of these capsules.

Been taking these for about two weeks and I've noticed my sleep quality is improved and I'm not feeling like I run out of fuel at lunch time anymore. By far the best benefit is that I sleep more soundly than I have in a long time. I'm hoping they will also help with brain function but it might be too early to say for sure.

I can't say 100% if they are working. The ingredients are very important to take.

What I can say is the product provide a good energy for a long day of working in the office. I recommend other to try the product For the best result, an adult should take 2 pills a day in the morning.
