Great natural product

You don’t get a lot ...but when you open it ...you defiantly get hit with the smell so I would say it is pretty fresh

Getting really poor with the quality
Been buying from this company since 2020 and have recommended family members. Recently this year a member of my family told me that there is cobwebs in her batch. Personally I didn’t believe her until my next purchase. It was full of cobwebs. I have brought another two times after this and all was the same. (Full of cobwebs) I don’t know if they have a different herbalist foraging as when I started buying in early 2020 the quality was very much on point. Now the quality is very much below par, looks and taste different. I will try one more time as I use to love buying burdock from this company. If it is full of cobwebs I will take some pictures and update this review. I have seen photos of someone reviewing their burdock with cobwebs in it and mines was EXACTLY like the one posted. As I said, when I do purchase another I will update this review with pictures too

Bad Batch! Contaminated!
Dear Health Embassy Team, I am writing to report a serious issue with a recently purchased pack of your Burdock Herbal Tea. Upon inspection, I discovered small insects crawling inside the unopened package. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a product intended for consumption. Due to this, I am unable and unwilling to use the product. I request immediate instructions on how to return the item and receive a full refund. Please also advise on any quality control measures you are taking to prevent such incidents in the future. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter. Sincerely,

Bugs in the Burdock Root package
I was just about to open the package I recieved for burdock root and noticed small bugs crawling inside the package, I order regular off Health Embassy and never had this issue before .
