Falls apart quickly

This broke in several places and was falling apart after a year. First time this has happened with any of my iPhone cases. My iPhone is damaged too, which is also a first. Edit: They do seem to stand behind their product though, so maybe I just got a dud. They proactively offered a refund and replacement. They did not ask me to edit the review, but I decided to change it from one star to three for good customer service.
