They work as advertised Whether you choose this type of PEX clamp, or the other type is mostly personal preference I prefer these because my PEX tool, or even a good pair of side cutters, can remove the clamp. The other type are tidier looking

worked as expected without problems so far. i only needed 2 for my 30 foot pex installation. i used two (2 to ensure hold) of these to fix (so far-time will tell) the end of a garden hose where ordinary band clamps (slotted metal bands with screw tighteners) had failed to hold costing me $65 for a water leak in my yard when i forgot to shut off the outside faucet (the nozzle on the hose was shut off). i have since put a water pressure reducer adapter on the outside faucet (125+ psi to 50) .... years ago, i had a pressure reducer installed inside the house to reduce to 75 but the outside faucet was still 125+ psi since it was in front of the inside regulator. i had to install 3/4" pex to bypass the old iron pipe in my basement which was leaking high levels of lead into my water in my 1892 house.

Very good product overall. Seem to have good build quality and design. So far so good after using nearly 100 of these.
