These are plump, moist, beautiful, Vanilla Beans! Lots of gorgeous caviar in each pod. I've made Vanilla Sugar to give as gifts this year. It's magic in your coffee and great for bakinq. I also gifted these beans to a dear friend who is a kitchen wiz, and she was delighted. Great product quality, freshness and scent. I ordered another brand that was a little less expensive, and it was a mistake. I've ordered this brand 4x, & am always delighted with the results. These are THE vanilla beans I will continue to order , use and recommend.

I was impressed with these vanilla beans. I used some in a cheesecake, some to make vanilla sugar, and the rest to make vanilla oil. They are larger and plumper than others I have gotten in the past. When I split them open and scraped out the bean caviar there was a decent amount. The aroma is lovely and the flavor very pleasing. They’re nice packaged and sealed for freshness. The price was very reasonable compared to what I pay locally if I can find them at all. I would definitely order these again.

I usually buy vanilla beans from the store, but this was my first time ordering online—and I’m so glad I did! I used them to make homemade vanilla ice cream, and the flavor and aroma were rich, warm, and authentic. The pods were thick, moist, and packed with seeds, showing how fresh and high-quality they were. They were easy to use, as you can scrape and add a deep, natural vanilla taste. Honestly, way better than store-bought extract. Great value and a new favorite for my baking needs!

I was kind of iffy when buying these vanilla beans, cause all the reviews are from an old listing for ramen. I had no idea if they would be good or if they would be all dried out and break like a chip. So imagine my surprise and excitement when the vanilla beans arrived and they were so aromatic that I could smell them through the white bubble mailer. You can feel the plump tender beans through the package. When I opened the package they were definitely very good quality. They are not dried out whatsoever. The beans are pliable, plump and stuffed with caviar seeds. After opening the vanilla and making a quick batch of vanilla sugar, I was very impressed. I know when I was searching Amazon to find the best deal on beans, I was curious as to how many ounces the 25 beans would weigh. Unfortunately, I didnt think to weigh the package before I opened it, but after using only 1 vanilla bean out of the package for the sugar (and not taking the beans out of the package, so keep in mind the weight of the package is included), the package weighs 3.35 oz. So I took 1 bean out to weigh the package again, to try to see an estimate of what 1 bean weighed, and with that 1 bean out, there was a 0.10 oz difference. (And omg, look at all that vanilla liquid just from touching the bean!). So 25 beans weighs roughly 3 oz of vanilla beans. I paid $19 for it, which comes out to just over $6.50 an ounce which I think is a great deal! I immediately got on amazon and bought another package. And I will 100% repurchase again in the future when I need more high quality vanilla beans. Im so glad I took a chance on these!! A+ UPDATE 11-11-24: My second package of vanilla beans arrived today, and I took all the beans out of the package and weighed them, and that bundle of 25 beans weighed 3.45oz without the package. (Sorry I didnt get a picture, as I was making vanilla bean paste at the time - which by the way came out absolutely DELICIOUS, I used the remaining vanilla bean paste left in the blender to make the most decadent vanilla bean and banana smoothie). 10 out if 10 reccomend!

At the moment I'm doing a vanilla extract with these beans. From the deep, pungent vanilla scent the instant I opened the package, to the soft pliability of each bean as I cut them, I knew I was getting high quality vanilla beans. A little slender, but perfect for my purpose. And a fair price, considering what the vanilla bean industry has gone through for the past few years. I'll be returning every time I need vanilla beans.

Good quality Vanilla Beans about 6 - 7 inches long. They seemed fresh and came vacuum sealed. After cutting the ends off, they were the perfect size to fit in a 5 oz. bottle. They smell great and the extract seems tasty at this point.

Perfect - beans are soft and supple with great flavor and aroma.

Strong vanilla smell. Also, plump and moist, no traces of mold. I pureed these in 2 cups of 100 proof generic Vodka. After a month I have the best vanilla extract I have ever had. The solids in the bottom I filter off and use as Vanilla paste by mixing it with some superfine cane sugar and stirring until dissolved. Use that in cookies, cakes and baked goods.
