Simple and easy to use it works well just need to till you’re head slightly so that the liquid can run out your ears if you have deep ears 👂 but it works great no more q-tip or hair pin to clean simplest nice unique quality item 👍🏽👍🏽

* Update * - Keep in mind, this does have a chance of causing an ear infection if you cannot get ALL of the water to drain out of your ear. Same goes for swimming, you can always get an ear infection that way as well. 5 star rating from the user! Our Mother uses this quite often, she is working on a blockage of the right ear. Slowly but surely it is removing the large, compacted build up! We have noticed that she says, " What? " Much less, meaning she can hear better. She uses warm water and some Peroxide that does the trick. This may not work for everyone but it is honestly helping her. I have seen the video of people going to the doctors and having them remove the blockage with a camera and a suction/tweezer type device. That would be the quick fix for most but some people do not like the doctor's/do not have insurance. You can definitely give this a try and if it does not help over time, you can head to the doctor's if you wish. Hope this helps! :)

I loved this kit. It's very easy to use at home and much safer than cotton swabs. The water pressure is just right, doesn't hurt, and cleans perfectly. It comes with several replacement tips and a container to collect the water,makes it very practical. After using it, my ears feel clean and refreshed. Excellent value for money, I would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!
