We bought this ladder when moving into a new property as we were going to be up and down to the loft regularly. It was very easy to install and it’s sold and good to use. My other half shows it off to friends when they come round! Everyone is impressed!

Twice the price of a standard loft ladder, but very much worth it. The treads are 14cm deep, and the hardware is heavy duty. Solid wood with no knots, and metal rods under the steps. It has springs, and closes on its own. It is easy to use and install, highly recommended.

Comes completely ready to install. Really sturdy. Elegant mechanism. Carpenter said easy to fit and he was very impressed with it. Almost as good a stiarcase and way better than a flimsy ladder. Highly recommend.

Great bit of kit. Loft acses made easy.

Buying one of the most expensive loft ladders I was saddened to get such a poorly made thing! The cheap timber was broken, the latch on the hatch was not installed straight and will not shut, it’s so poor for something that I paid extra for thinking it would be quality! What a let down

No operating pole as discribed

Excelent sturdy easy to fit well made. Only negatives left assiting spring makes you jump out of your skin by making a loud dong sound just as you reach the top of the ladder. The assembly comes with no treatment to it i needed to seal it first as it would have become coverd with dirty hand markes if i had left it untill fitting.
