It had a certain smell to it when I first opened it, but it went away. I just put a cotton pillow case on it for a few days to mask the stench. Since using it, I’ve noticed a decrease in my neck, back, and shoulder pain. It took a few days to adjust to and become comfortable using, but well worth it. Once I fell asleep, I slept through the night without waking up to punch my pillow to fluff it up. Only two suggestions would be to make the cover a little less textured and add more smooth silkiness to it, and maybe add an extra arm support for side sleepers to place the arm they lie on for some extension support. Other than those suggestions definitely worth the purchase.

I picked up this pillow to try since I deal with a stiff neck sometimes and I have to say it has been pretty comfortable. The memory foam feels soft at first but has enough firmness to keep my head and neck supported through the night. The contour shape helps keep me in a better position, whether I roll onto my side or end up on my back. I was not sure at first if it would feel strange compared to a regular pillow, but after a couple nights it felt natural and I woke up without the same neck pain I usually get. The cover is soft and removable which makes it easy to wash, and the pillow has held its shape after several weeks of use without flattening out. It does not sleep hot either, which I was a little worried about since memory foam sometimes traps heat. Overall I think it is a well made pillow that works for different sleep positions. I would give it 5 stars for being supportive, comfortable, and helping me wake up feeling less sore.

This pillow is amazing for neck support! It’s super comfortable and really helps you sleep better — I wake up without any neck pain or stiffness. The shape is perfect for keeping your head and cervical area in the right position all night. The only thing I didn’t love is that I received one pillow that’s slightly firmer than the other, but honestly, they’re both still very comfy and do the job great. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

This is a wonderful pillow. I have no more neck pain. I don’t wake up with a headache and it’s very very comfortable. I love it so much. I ordered another one for fear. It would sell out or get discontinued.

Wow, I wish I was buying it today- I paid almost $50 and it’s on sale right now for under $30! Lol Well anyways. I took out the small insert because it felt a little too tall for me even on the narrow part. If I’m watching tv, I have the higher middle under my neck and if I’m sleeping the shorter middle part. (Check out pillow pics if you’re unsure of what I mean) It had no smell, so I was happy about that since some reviews mentioned a strong odor. There is no cooling effect as far as I can tell; is there supposed to be? (Suggestions below review mention it as an idea talking point lol) It is firm/sturdy, but squishy if you press it. So it did take a few nights to get used to for sure; I bought it hoping it would help a shoulder pain I’ve been having and the numbness in my hands (other reviews mentioned it helping those things) but it hasn’t made a difference for me. I will say- before this pillow I was waking up a lot more through the night to flip my pillow; I seem to sleep better/longer at least a couple nights a week now; not sure if it’s pillow related or not. Downsides- 1- I bought the queen size; and while the idea of the arm rest things on the side is great, they are far too small to actually use unless maybe you have really tiny arms. I’m an average size woman (xl) and to me it doesn’t even look big enough for a kids arms. So I was disappointed in that bc I think that would be nice and maybe have potential to help with the shoulder and numbing in hands. 2- I feel like it is definitely a little pricier than it needs to be especially considering how small the sides are so I can’t really utilize it as advertised. I think the sale price they have for today would be a reasonable regular price, so if you’re interested, watch for the sale price and get it then. I do wonder if I’d ordered the king size instead if I would have been able to utilize the arm spots better if they are larger. So if the arm feature is something you want, consider getting the king size pillow instead.

Over the years I've ordered a number of these pillows only to send them back. This one is a keeper. I wanted to sleep on it for 7 days before writing a review. From the very first night I was able to get a good night's sleep. The pillow is well made, formed perfectly to cradle my head and neck. It's in no way light weight and deflated like the ones I've received in the past. It's ready to use right out of the box. I'm mostly a back sleeper and it's comfy when I roll over and sleep on my side. I bought it during the Black Friday promotion for an excellent price. I'm happy with my pillow and I look forward to many restful nights of sleep.

This is the first pillow I researched and bought for myself. I’m supposed to be using a bi-pap machine. I feel a sense of suffocation when wearing any of the many masks the sleep center tried for me to find one that might work for me. None of them worked for me.I alternate between side-sleeping/on my stomach/on my back. I’ve never settled on one position. I’ve tried down pillows, memory foam, even a pillow made with bamboo. This pillow worked as advertised! With my tossing and turning, I’ve often woken up with my arm under my head and it was numb. So frustrating. With this pillow, the lower option was best suited for the distance between my shoulders and my head. It perfectly cradles my head and aligns my spine. The first night I used this pillow, I went to sleep on my back, didn’t toss or turn even once! I awoke after 6 hours. My wife told me I didn’t snore even one time nor did my sleep apnea act up! I was sleeping on a different bed, an old creaky spring mattress. My head and jaw position were perfectly situated, just like the video claimed it would! The next night, 8 hours straight! I have nerve damage from a very serious car accident I had 30 years ago. As a result, sometimes I have to try and sleep on our recliner. I often have to use percussion massagers to try and trick my brain from receiving the pain signals. I try and give my brain something strong enough to feel and truck my brain from processing the pain signals. I have these pain signals 100% of the day. This pillow has made even hour-long naps restful again! I am so amazed by this pillow, I find myself telling all my family, but even strangers I meet during my day.. Thank you, so much, for making this pillow! At least for me, all of the claims from your video advertisement have been true. I’ve finally found something to give me some relief. The pain meds try to reduce the symptoms and they do offer some numbing of the nerve pain I have to deal with constantly. This pillow is a godsend!!! Thank you for creating this!

Medium sized pillow arrived, unwrapped and fluffed up within a few hours. Normal new smells that disappeared. The side wings on pillow are smaller/shallower than expected and my arms don't really stay in place (hence the 4 star). I'm a side sleeper on a firm mattress. Pillow is comfortable but just feels different. Woke after first night with NO neck pain - Yahoo. Still had back pain. 6 nights later no neck pain and no back pain. I recommend this pillow, but you have to give anything new a chance to get used it.
