Bought two of these, with 2 months. Got an XL at first. Used it daily with my workouts. After a month, it was to big. Had to go a size down. Works very well! Love it. Just wipe it down after each use. Or take it in the sauna and let it heat dry.

Bought this with the main purpose to help tuck in some of those fatty parts that don't look very appealing. This does an excellent job making you look slim and fit. It is nearly invisible under your normal clothing. The fit is great but keep in mind you will need to order a size up from normal as it runs a little small. The fit is also confortable and doesn't restrict movement. The inside is made out of a thermal type of material that helps maintain heat for workouts. The vest securely closes with three spaced out hook clasps and a durable zipper. The waist band is attached to the vest and securely wraps around the waist with strong velcro. I'm happy with this purchase and the quality.

I've only used the vest once or twice. They do run small so make sure you order a size or two bigger. I did get a good sweat in

This is probably the most comfortable sauna suit I’ve ever work. Fits well, really helps you sweat. The lower cost compared to other suits with the same quality is top tier. Works as intended, AND you look good with it on.

This doesn't seem to fit like a true XL. My husband tried it and it was too small so he gave it to my son who is in between a L & XL and it was too small for him.
