This little thing is actually amazing. I don't write many reviews, but I've been using this robot all day cleaning various windows in my house. I live on a lake and have gigantic windows everywhere. This little robot has done an absolutely fantastic job on small picture windows and even our Giant seamless glass that's 10 ft tall and 25 ft wide. I really just didn't expect much for this price, but I am so happy about this little robot. It really has been great so far.

If you're okay with it's limitations you will appreciate this little machine. It can't do corners. Seriously, how could it? It can leave streaks on really, really dirty windows (like mine). The remote is quirky. Or maybe it's just me. I could not seem to make it work reliably so I just gave up and hit a button until it started working again. But, for all these limitations, it is the BEST for upper story windows! I started off downstairs and the photos are from the first window I tried. I got MUCH better at it by the time I finished upstairs. You don't need Windex. No, really, just the water in the machine is enough. You might want to go over the window a couple of times. I finished up by wiping with a clean rag. It lost suction a couple of times at the end. I did 10 windows and I didn't change the pads so they were very dirty by the end. I compared the results with the three downstairs windows I had washed last week by hand and the robot did as good a job as I did. Not better, but easier. And SO much easier for the upstairs windows. Now, if someone could tell me how to use this on my skylights...!

I received this for Christmas and have used it to clean some large second-floor windows, and I am very impressed. Sure beats using a ladder or paying someone $400 to wash my windows! You do need to wipe the window where the device stopped with a cloth, as it will leave two circle outlines on the window otherwise. And touchup the corners where it cannot reach.

Initially, I loved this robot. It appeared to do an excellent job cleaning my windows. But in the light of day it was like waking up from a bad date. The sun shining on the windows directly revealed they were worse than before I used the robot. I tried every trouble shooting options and reached out to customer support only to be told make the pads wetter first (direct conflict to manual) and that I should just return it. So that’s what I did.

No sirve para nada , solo distribuye el mugre por toda la ventana y se cae constantemente , o detecta bordes , es peor que hacerlo manual , tienes que estar pendiente den robot y manejarlo con el Control

Ideal for windows with pronounced edge. If you have mooth edge the robot will loose suction and fall. Can hurt very bad. So before buying check if your windows have prounced "squared" edge. Check pictures.

This was way better then expected, slowc but does a pretty good job. You have to wipe the edges and corners and where it stops. Did not need to be tied , necer fell off. No idea what is the difference between the two models I got the cheeper one.

evita la fatiga de limpiar cristales grandes, debes pasar varias veces la máquina con las almohadillas en seco para que queden los cristales en buenas condiciones.

We only did one window so can’t be sure how well it worked. But it sure is fun to watch it go from the top of window moving back and forth until it was at the bottom. It uses very little water. It’s not fast but you can just sit back and enjoy.
