Q: The blue indicator light always on when it plug in, how to turn it off?

Blue indicator light always on when plug in, make you quickly find the switch at night or in the dark. If you don't like it, there were 2 ways to turn it off,1.unplug, 2. Cut the white wire (near the ON/OFF switch) to keep the blue indicator light off. Note:the second way is irreversible. Here is a video for your refer.

Clicking the button cycles through different shades of white. Holding down on the button cycles brightness up and down.

Q: what is the dimension of the circular base?

The circular base is about two and three quarter inches across and an inch deep, so not intrusive at all. The little blue indicator light is about three quarters of an inch across, so it’s not intrusive either.

Q: One of the buttons stopped responding after having been on. I emailed the supplier on their website for support, but any idea how to fix this issue?

Have you unplugged it to force a hard reset? The internal components are not separately serviceable and the issue could be anywhere in the system, not necessarily the button itself, IMHO.
