Surprisingly effective
This stuff actually works! I just put one tablet in the side of my mouth, and it dissolves within seconds and tastes nice. I go back to sleep quickly and easily. I'm surprised and impressed because I didn't expect it to be this good.

This homeopathic sleep aid worked well for me and it didn't leave me feeling groggy the next morning. I can't take melatonin or other over the counter sleep aids because of the side effects. This product is gentle and it gave me many restful nights of sleep.

This helps calm those thoughts that spin around in your head at night and make it so yo can't sleep! And it sends you to sleep with no drugged feeling and you wake up naturally in the early morning. It's the best for people who have trouble sleeping! Works for me and 2 of my sisters.

I am an advid user of Boiron products. Unfortunatly the Sleep Calm doesn't help every time. Dissolves quickly and taste is pleasant not chalky, sharp or bitter.
