fabric seems stable, and it was described accurately. I used it to cover a dresser that was showin wear. It had a thin veneer on it so the repair man said ir would be risky to sand it. This runner did the job and it looks nice.

Perfect length for my dresser.

Quality was great and the length perfect. The color was just as described, and the texture was very rich. Bought two runners. One for the buffet and one for the table. I am very happy and would buy this product again.
